Registration Policy

The author registration deadline is August 8, 2022 for the main conference and August 20, 2022 for the workshops.

• At least one author of an accepted conference paper must register at the conference non-student rate by August 8, 2022. At least one author of an accepted workshop paper must register at the workshop non-student rate by August 20, 2022. An author with multiple accepted conference papers can have a discounted rate for any additional paper.

• Member registration rates are available for professional members of IEEE.

• For regular main conference papers, the page limit for the camera-ready paper is 9 pages. For short main conference papers, the page limit for the camera-ready paper is 7 pages. Poster and demo papers should be 2 pages. Workshop papers' page-limit is 6 pages. No extra page is allowed for conference papers.

• Registration can be canceled on or before September 1, 2022. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund.
