Before you begin reviewing, it is important for you to know that my project is in its early stages of development and might slightly yet naturally change in direction.

You are about to open a PDF file that contains handwritten plans.  They're handwritten because I just created them (11.30.04 10:30pm) and wanted to get them posted as soon as possible.  Originally, I had a typed outline and topic proposal but I abandoned those documents and moved on to a slightly new idea that fully meets the project requirements.  With that in mind, please delete any of my files that you may have already downloaded for review.  They are outdated.
